Payment, currencies & taxes
Payment can be made by credit or debit card using our secure SSL platform. The following cards are accepted: Mastercard and Visa. We also accept payment by invoice provided that you are already a customer. Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including 7.7% VAT.
Delivery area
Online orders are only accepted for deliveries within Switzerland. For international deliveries, please contact the company by phone at +41 79 381 60 20 or send an email to info@boven.ch.
Delivery times
On average, deliveries are made within 5 days following receipt of the order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are proportional to the number of boxes according to the following table:

| 13 to 24 bottles | CHF 35.– |
| 25 to 36 bottles | CHF 50.– |
| 37 to 48 bottles | CHF 30.– (we cover half of the shipping costs) |

Delivery is carried out by Planzer.
Order cancellation and right of return
Cases of non-performance of the contract are subject to Swiss law. Please note that once validated, an order cannot be cancelled.
The customer is required to check the received items. In the event of a non-compliant order, the customer must notify Cave Ardévaz SA without delay by email at info@boven.ch and by phone at +41 79 381 60 20. Any return of items will be organized by Cave Ardévaz SA, which will inform the customer of the procedure to follow.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions of sale are governed exclusively by Swiss law. By using the online sales service, customers of Cave Ardévaz SA undertake to comply with all applicable provisions of federal and cantonal law, as well as these terms and conditions of sale.
Customers are specifically informed that, pursuant to Article 38 of the cantonal law on hotels, restaurants and the trade of alcoholic beverages, children and adolescents under the age of 16 are not permitted to access the online sales service.
